I feel our oceans connect all people and life. The ocean is powerful yet fragile. We need to care for it as we need to do for each other which is why I focus on it. I also get inspired by nature and movement within natural patterns. I create a lot of mermaid paintings because I love women and fantasy. Mermaids are strong and feminine, yet incredibly playful.

I sell my work online and in galleries nationally. My work is published in Laguna Beach Magazine, in the Golden Thread Project book by The Golden Thread Gallery and on the cover of country singer, Patrice Webb's CD. It's also been used on Universal Studio and TLC sets. I have large mural paintings displayed in Bay Area businesses in Northern California. And it was an honor to have my mermaid paintings on display at the ADEX International show In Singapore, India, China, Indonesia and Egypt promoting plastic free oceans which is something I believe in.

I use many different mediums, such as acrylics, watercolors and pastels. And I enjoy creating texture. I feel that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Thank you for taking the time to read a bit about my work.
